Our instructors were Sam, and Sam. They are both awesome. They supported a group with learning disabilities throughout the day. They were patient, involved, and understanding of the limitations and abilities of all of us. Everybody had a fantastic day out and is looking forward to another one.

Very friendly and helpful staff, two cute ponds, nice views. Have shower, changing rooms, WC, cafe. Feel very comfortable there. Definitely back again. Loads activities for any ages. Thank you, you doing great!

What's not to love about willowgate. We'r a family of 5, oldest being 50 and the youngest being 21 months, so even the teeny one loves splashing around! Water or land activities on offer, amazing bunch of instructors to guide you and keep you safe. It's a full on workout in the water but it's the most fun doing it! With family or friends, get up and give it ago. Buyoncy aids supplied, lovely cafe here too!!

We only looked at this activity centre and it seemed really good.Kids learning paddle boarding and having great fun.There is kayaking and cycling also. There is a nice cafe which serves hot food up until 3pm and coffee and cakes till 5. Really lovely scenery and pleasant friendly staff.

Fantastic locations, so scenic, especially on a sunny day. Facilities were great for the whole family of all ages and abilities. Top makes go to the staff though. Every single person that worked there that we met were so young, friendly, helpful, and so passionate. I went with my husband 3 years girl and 5 year old boy who has an upper limb difference. We met with other family's for a family day with Reach Charity. All different ages and abilities and everyone seemed to have a fantastic day. Thanks to the staff at Willowgate, you really made the day extra special by the care and kindness you showed.

We had a fantastic time at Willowgate yesterday. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. We did a family adventure day and had Graham as our instructor. He spent lots of time making sure we had a good experience and that the kids were confident in what they were doing on the water. We also did some fun games at the end including a wee bit of Scottish Welly throwing. We will definitely be back soon.

Great place for family time. Lots of fun activities to do. Our group of 3 went for an archery session. We had booked it online and the process was very easy to complete. Upon arrival we waited a short time for our instructor then we went down the the range. We were given good clear safety advice and instructions as well as safety equipment. Some games we included to add to the fun. It is not for those who are serious about archery though. The only things I could mention that was mentioned to our instructor was that a lot of the arm guards aren't in the best condition, some were unusable. I took mine off. And some of the arrows were bent. And we thought it would just be out group but we were joined by a mum and daughter. All of this was relayed to the instructor and she had said it would be passed along. I forgot her name but she was really lovely, a very fun and upbeat lassie. I definitely recommend recommend Willowgate, check out their website...you won't be disappointed😊
